40 Billion total power which must be maintained and not allowed to drop lower unless ascending or massed. You will be able to maintain a 20 Billion total power during your ascension period, but must regain the min power of 40 billion within a weeks time of your ascension.

1million army size this will ensure that you are strong enough to compete with other alliances and able to defend yourself if needed.

500K miner/lifers your income from this will better help you grow and make it so you are able to help in times of need such as with alliance sponsored PPTs or in war efforts.

Covert Level 21 this is not too high and should easily be reached. If not you will be able to receive help getting it.

Full Supporter Status this is self explanatory if you want to be able to get help you need to be able to help in return. This can be negotiated if you are close to ascending or getting it bought for you
